and important messages to inspire anyone, anywhere.

Here is how you can support us with your space. 

If you have a space such as:

1. Cafes & Bars, Coworking spaces, Museums, Schools, Boutiques, Your home, Outdoor, Rooftop, etc…

2. And it can hold: 50 seats or more

3. With equipment: projector, speakers, a big screen or white wall, a microphone & PA

We would like to discuss with you being the venue partner for Red Dot Cinema screenings in your city.

How it works?

1. Let's talk: We will discuss about the terms and conditions for using your space, as a venue partner and co-organizer.

2. Decide the details: Fix a date and time for the screening event. (Usually we need at least 6 months for preparation and marketing.)

3. Crowfunding: Red Dot Cinema will start a crowdfunding campaign, together with pre-sales of tickets to raise funds for the cost of the screening. (Such as flight and accommodation of Red Dot Cinema staff, and equipment) If the crowd funding target is not met before the deadline, all the funds will be refunded, and the screening will be canceled. It will be assessed if there will be another round of crowdfunding. We will use Indiegogo, which is a trusted crowd funding platform in the US.

You may help us in the following:

1. Marketing: Spread the news about the screening to your community to encourage contribution to the crowdfunding campaign.

2. Contact local media: Red Dot Cinema is a unique project that does'nt come by your city everyday. It is a story worth sharing. 

3. Include other contents such as: Art/ Photo Exhibition, Performances, Photo booth, Local film short films, Talk by film makers, etc.

4. Source for food, snacks and drinks for the participants

5. Invite volunteers to help with the operation of the screening, such as registration, lightings, and logistics.

6. Introduce us to people in the film and creative industry in your city to generate more buzz for the screening.

Once the crowd funding campaign is successful:

1. Red Dot Cinema will prepare its trip to your city. We will arrive at least one day before the screening to meet you and check the venue to ensure everything is ready.

2. On the screening day, we will set up in advance to make sure everything is ready 1 hour before the screening starts. It will usually take 2 hours.

3. Introduction by Red Dot Cinema (10min)

4. Film screening (90min)

5. Discussion (30min)

6. Is the venue light proof? If no, what time does it get dark?

8. What are the available dates and timings in the 5 to 6 months that are suitable for the screening event?

9. What is a suitable ticket price for the screening in your city?
